There are two things I want to point out:

1. With The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act on 4 March 2024, every limited company will be required to submit comprehensive financial statements starting starting from 1 April 2027. More information to be found here: https://changestoukcompanylaw.campaign.gov.uk/

2. The rise of private equity around the globe, the GP needs to work harder and be more efficient to provide that return to their investor. But finding the next targets to buy can be challenging. This 'radar' will help them to be more efficient.

    Description:
    The tool will spot UK private companies which are 1. at risk of financial distress, or 2. boring but reliably profitable , all using the official Companies House API.
